Privacy — Accounts, Portraits and Video Retention
KirooAI operates Zombie AI Generator. Contact contact@aizombiegenerator.com for privacy or account requests. Selecting photos previews them locally; generating a video uploads them for processing.
First-party usage measurement
We count page visits, example clicks and photo selection events, and retain those records for up to 90 days. We keep only a broad source label, not referrer URLs, portraits or payment information, in these events. Counts are approximate rather than unique visitors. Session storage remembers the first broad source label and prevents repeated event counts during the same browser session. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these optional events. Billing and generation records are required to operate your account.
Account and email
We store your email address, a salted password hash and essential session records. When you use Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier and email address; we verify its signed identity token and do not request access to your Drive, Gmail messages or contacts. Resend delivers email verification, password recovery and service messages. Verification and reset links expire after one hour and can be used once. We do not send marketing emails from this workflow.
Portraits and generated video
When you choose Generate, two photos are normalized and stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, then sent through KIE to the video model for your requested generation. The output is archived in the private bucket. Model processing can alter appearance. Provider-side copies follow the provider’s own retention policy; we cannot promise immediate erasure at an external provider.
Payment and video credits
Stripe processes card details and recurring payments. We store purchase, customer, subscription, webhook and credit ledger identifiers needed to provide credits and reconcile billing. We do not store your payment card number. Minimal financial records may remain after media deletion for accounting, disputes and applicable obligations.
Retention and deletion
Completed video files remain available for 7 days after completion. Unused portrait uploads are deleted after 7 days; uploads attached to unresolved tasks remain until resolution. You can delete completed orders and their unused uploads earlier from the video panel. Ask support to close your account or handle a privacy request. Copies you download or share are outside our control.
Cookies and hosting
An essential Secure HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. Browser session storage remembers your current order ID. Cloudflare hosts the service and processes basic network/request information for delivery and protection. We do not configure advertising analytics. Session records expire automatically.
